JUST got retweeted by E! News! They had this segment on their show asking who we thought got snubbed by the Academy Award nominations earlier today, and I said “The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo deserved WAY more nominations than they got.  Including for best picture. #gotsnubbed”  AND THE RETWEETED ME BITCHES!!

AND Jen Kirkman retweeted my last night as well!

She tweeted about her tumblr blog and I said “I’m SO ecstatic you have a tumblr.  And so pissed that I just found out.”  And she tweeted me back saying “well i hadn’t updated it since august so don’t be that pissed. you’ve missed….literally - nothing! xoxo”

LOVE IT!

This is motivation for me to go study again now.

Things I Love (Part III)

1. My mom bought me The Kings Speech DVD for Christmas, we just watched it and twice during the movie randomly she said “this is such a great movie”.  Makes my heart melt.

2. My cat being so sound in sleep in my computer chair that she doesn’t hear me walk by, yet when I walk back into my room and climb on my bed she immediately wakes up and jumps onto my bed and goes back to sleep with me.

3. I’m going to see The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo again tonight with my best friend.

4. Quotes from Stumbleupon.

5. Pictures from Pinterest.

6. My kindle.

LOVE

I LOVED Noomi Rapace in Sherlock Holmes.  Congrats to her on her first English movie!  But all I kept thinking about was The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo and how fucking beautiful she is.  She even walked and acted like Lisbeth Salander at times (which I imagine is a hard role to ween off of, I’m pretty sure she said it took a year and a half to get Lisbeth out of her).

Hats off to Noomi.

Holy fuck.

Just saw The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.

And all I can say is HOLY FUCK. I am seeing it at least three times in the theater.

Why the hate?

Why is everyone hating on Rooney Mara for The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo?

I hate to say it but the Swedish movies were NOT that great!

That’s like comparing Helena Bonham Carters Mrs. Lovett to Angela Lansbury’s Mrs. Lovett.  You just can’t do it.  They portray to completely different sides of the character.

Lisbeth Salander from The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. I made a stencil from the movie poster!

Lisbeth Salander from The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. I made a stencil from the movie poster!

Holy shiza.

The poster of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, the one where Rooney Mara is almost completely naked and Daniel Craig has his arm around her.

Holy shit, fucking orgasmic.  Although I do agree it kind of dumbs down Salanders character, her being all tough and shit.  But the poster was amazing.  It was hot, yeah, but it also has a great artistic element to it.

Damn I can’t wait until this movie.

I’m like turned on by this poster and I’m not even a homosexual! Although I have to say in the book people were having sex in every single chapter, so I am really not surprised they came out with a poster like this, although I am because it is America, and god forbid people curse or show nudity, but blowing up peoples heads are quite ok.

Lisbeth.

I want to be Lisbeth Salander.

Ok, thanks. Bye.

Absolutely.

Yes, I am going to drive 30 minutes to get “The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo” Swedish version from Red Box.  Because no where I live has it.  I am that obsessed.

AND PROUD DAMNIT.

The girl.

EVERY TIME I see “The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo” trailer I kind of want to fucking scream and gallop and dance and tell every single person about it.

Yes, I am THAT excited for a movie.
